It is always risky ordering clothing over the internet without being able to try them on first. Yet, there were a lot of positive reviews on the
website about their great customer service (including returns). Well those reviews were absolutely right. My initial order was shipped promptly and correctly. However, my estimation on sizing was a bit off (i think I overestimated how much weight I’d lost) so the pants I ordered were a little too tight. When I called to get a return authorization, the rep was pleasant, helpful and made my return and exchange a breeze.
And thank you Unilocalers for steering me away from a local shop that I’d also heard poor things about on the street. I’d like to support a local business, but you got win my respect.
