I love this location even more now that they have remodeled their entire salon. Not to mention all of the awesome new beds they have! The Manager was very sweet and took me through the salon to show me all of the new beds and explained the functions of each bed.

The female manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She constantly tried to up sell and didn’t explain the pricing fully. After already swiping my card she told me the total and I decided that I didn’t want to spend that much money, she threw a fit when I told her I wanted to void my transaction. She acted very rude and didn’t know how to give me my money back and void the transaction. I will definitely NOT be coming back. They don’t even deserve 1 star!

I thought this TANCo was different from the others however after buying a series of 3 custom airbrush tans from Mary, the manager, I’ve come to find out that you are not able to actually use them. I’ve left 4 messages. I’ve made two appointments and shown up numerous times when Mary is supposed to be there. I bought the three tans to use in the last 17 days which she and I discussed. I did not have one phone call returned. She wasn’t there for my appointment and what really made me furious was that not one member of the staff, or the owner returned one of my phone calls. After showing up today — and no one there able to do a custom airbrush tan, I asked to get her on the phone(she was supposed to be there). She said too bad, I can’t have my money back, said she had been sick but it’s my fault that I didn’t make an appt.(which I HAD). Then she had the audacity to tell me again, it was my fault never even apologizing for not returning my call. Please save yourself from them taking your money, not providing any services that you alread paid for, and there’s absolutely zero customer service. In fact, be prepared to be yelled at and told it’s your fault all while at the same time they keep your money.

I did the mystic tan this past Saturday for an event that night. I was not told that it would take 8 + hours for my tan to show up. The spray itself is a clear spray and then eventually darkens up but even that was not much at all and I picked the darkest one. I won’t go back.

I went to The Tan Company today, because I got extraordinary service the last visit. This time I met the Owner his name is Chad Kedrick and now I know why I was treated so well the last time, it was because of the Example Chad shows naturally and the others feed off that. Again I was taken care of with speed and efficiency. Chad actually took the time to explain the best way to get a tan a little cheaper with the membership club, and that club is not a yearly club. In other words they make it affordable to go to The Tan Company. Thanks Chad :-)
