Just stopped by there for the first time. Feels like the hipster version of Mr. Goodcents, trying to be all classy with an antisocial bagging system haha. Food is definitely great but it nearly cost me $ 20 just for a large sub and drink!

Great sandwich, but I’m not too crazy about writing my own order. Touch screen ordering would be cool.

The sandwiches are not bad but I despise the bag ordering system. Slow and stupid. Waiting in line for the mom with four kids in front of me to find the right bag. Fill out bread type, condiments etc… Meanwhile I have 30 mins for lunch! Just take the order at the register

I haven’t been to one of these in awhile and decided to check out one I drive by a lot. It was crowded so that seemed like a good sign. The many people behind the counter were cheerful, the place was hoping yet clean, and it didn’t take to long for me to order and then get my order. I ordered a gyro on a pita. Got some water and sat down to enjoy the sandwich. This place wasn’t happy-dance awesome but it will definitely be on my list of places to stop and grab a bite. There are so many sandwich shops these days that to get 4 or 5 stars they have to REALLY stand out.

Our absolute favorite sandwich place. The service is excellent, food is delicious, and the restaurant has always been clean. Very friendly staff!

This is definitely my favorite place if I am in a mood to eat sandwiches. The best part is how you can select the nitty gritty of your sandwich. The place also has a fun ambience. The eclectic items in the menu also make this place unique.

I tried this place out today, and went with the #8, a philly cheesesteak(featured sandwich, I believe). I don’t believe I’ve ever had a sandwich that bad before. The beef was very tough and totally flavorless, and the onions were not even close to caramelized. I finished half, and looked @ the other half, thinking, do I really want the other half? A couple of bites, and into the trash. Big disappointment.

It got four stars for me because I did NOT order tomatoes but got them anyways. I believe they were training a new person. Still very good. I love the crumbles of everything. That is very awesome.

Great sandwich shop! They have an excellent selection — great for everyone in the family. Various meats, vegetarian, lettuce wraps, salads. Great quality and no skimping on ingredients. I’m sold! The staff is great, too!

It was my first time at this place. Sandwich was alright. Didn’t care for the optional eggs on my sandwich. Will try another sandwich next time. Place was clean. Staff was nice.

Great sandwich. If you don’t like it, it’s your fault. They have a ton of options! Thank goodness they had a couple of tv’s for the blues game!

Could be a 4 Star in short order! Upon entrance, you fill out a paper bag with a red Sharpie for your order. You can easily specialze it right on the bag. It takes entirely too long to get a sandwich made, becuae the people making the sandwiches are the owners, not professional sandwich makers. Our first sandwich, one with turkey and cranberry, was enormous, and GOOD. Tasty! We took half home and ate it the next day. The second time we went, the«OPEN» sign was on, but they were closed. All the food was still out. A new place that turns away business? Most places BEG you to come in even after they are closed because they want the business. The families are nice, friendly, and fix any mistakes with a smile. The place is kept CLEAN. I think in a couple of months they will find their stride and do very, very well.

Went on 1.18.14 evening. Great location. Convenient. There were people at one table. No wait! I liked how you can select everything you want on the bag. Awesome way to really think about what we want on a sandwich. I had the turkey-wich. It was delicious. Plenty of turkey and coleslaw. Had the homemade chips too and they were tasty and similar but different from BG. Recommend if you like sub sandwiches to try it!

Decent but not a great experience. Pretty spendy for what you get, especially compared to places like Goodcents and Vivola’s. I liked the variety but found that my cheesesteak really fell flat. Also, their sizes are weird. Yes, you order by length but the choices seem to be off by a few inches and I had a much larger sandwich than I anticipated. That would have been cool if I had loved it enough to take home… but I really didn’t. Also worth noting is that their whole drink set-up seemed unsanitary to me. I am certainly no germophobe but the design seemed to ensure that some number of other hands were going to come in contact with things that you would ultimately use during the meal. I was especially turned off by what appeared to be a roll of paper towels posing as napkins. One note: don’t buy a rice crispy treat there — walk next door to Noodles and get it there instead. Much bigger and also much better!

Better sit down, reuben fans, because you are about to hear something disturbing… Their regular reuben comes on white bread! WHY??? Why would anyone do that!!! Anyway, their sandwich of the month is the«classic reuben», which means that you pay $ 2 more to have your reuben on marble rye. $ 7.50 for a small mediocre reuben! Ridiculous! I can go to Vivola and get a tasty well made reuben AND a side AND a drink for about a buck more. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your reuben. One more thing, if you’re thinking about trying their rice krispie treat do yourself a favor and get one from the Noodles next door. Noodles has the best RKT’s on the planet.

Wow, we don’t have one of these on the east coast! The build your own sub is a great idea because it is fun to fill out the wrapper. Be careful not to order the large sub because it could feed an entire family! I ordered a turkey on white with several toppings and it was delicious. This kills subway and other fast food sub places. I wish the franchise would grow east!

I’m not one to try places when they open quickly — I like for them to get«settled» and hit their stride. Had the opportunity to go to Which Wich at 1762 Clarkson Road in Chesterfield yesterday for lunch. What a pleasant surprise and great experience. Walked in and the sub sandwich experience was different than other places. You pick your bag(aligned by meat types) and pick your options on the bag and hand the bag to cashier. Efficient, effective, delicious! Quick service and a very tasty sandwich too. I had the Hula sandwich(ham with pineapple, swiss cheese, honey mustard sauce and alittle onion with some lettuce) all toasted to perfection. You can order online through their website, but I just walked in to the store. .. as did alot of other people — was there at 11:30ish and in 20 minutes the place was packed. They have outdoor seating too. .. on days that it is not 102 degrees! I can’t wait to return to Which Wich for another great lunch experience in Chesterfield!

Wow. Which which is really cool. I wish I had something better to share but at this point, check it out! Stopped in after a Cards day game and what a great set up. You head in and the whole menu is in front of you. Awesome. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but once you look it over, the bags give you all the info you need. I LOVETHIS!!! Sorry, but don’t hold up the entire line of folks as you and you’re sis or mom are debating over toppings. If someone comes in, they should take their time filling out their bags, not hold any one up if they know what they want and lap you up… That is totally cool if you need time to decide, but those behind you should not need to wait as it takes you 20 minutes to figure out if you want pickles or not… Take the time you need and step aside, then submit your bag. The Italian grinder was Awesome!!! Make it your way!!!

When I found out that Which Wich opened in the STL area, I went immediately! I went here in another city and it really was awesome. It is a chain, but this is a locally owned franchise. It’s in the building that is in the parking lot of Dierberg’s. Which Wich is a discerning diner’s(aka, picky person’s) dream. Everything is 100% customizable. You walk in, get a bag that has your protein or veggie on top(eg, chicken, vegetarian, ham, etc) and then you choose which base you want within that main item(aka, different types/preps of chicken). Under vegetarian, you could get hummus, black bean patty, caprese, artichoke hearts and cheese, or tomatoes and avocado. Then you use a sharpie to mark EVERYTHING you want on it. Types of cheese, sauces, seasonings, veggies, etc. You also choose what kind of bread you want, or if you want a lettuce wrap or bowl, what size you want, and if you want it toasted or cold. You pay and give the your bag, which you have written your name on, and then you wait. They call your name and voila! Your sandwich, with only what YOU want on it, is ready. They have chips(including house made salt and pepper), fresh, hot gooey cookies(choc chip, peanut butter, or oatmeal raisin) and shakes as well. They drew us in by giving us samples of the chips and cookies in line. Very good! I think prices are in line with any gourmet sandwich shop. For a 11″ sandwich, drink, chips and cookie, it was $ 13. Not bad. My sandwich was with hummus, which was a bit too much for me, but I still liked it. The good part? I get to go back tomorrow and try another one of the millions of combos. Score!!!
