The morning staff is always amazing. They take time to get to know their customers. I have been remodeling an old house and the girls take the time to give me a water with my coffee and make my order absolutely perfect. I think there is some exterior remodeling going on and it is. Little dark at night, but it is probably just temporary. I recommend this DD. If your order isnt right the first time they have no problem fixing it and the morning girls remember your order! ;)

Staff is slow, lacks customer service, loud and too busy flirting with each other. Would recommend going somewhere else, much better places to get a coffee in town.

We went in on Sunday morning. The staff was very non-customer service. They had 6 people working but took a couple minutes to get to the cash register for our order. Then they had no napkins in the lobby and when we pointed that out and asked for a napkin the girl look annoyed. Plus the coffee was not good. We will not be back.

Every other time this place screws up my coffee. Either they forget to put in the flavor completely or not nearly enough of it. Sometimes they don’t even fill the cup all the way.

I was puzzled by this Dunkin Donuts… It is a clean facility, but the staff there was marginally friendly to say the least. Indifferent would be a good word to describe them My coffee was not bad however it tasted off somehow. I could not quite put a finger on why but it just did not taste right

Went inside to wait for a friend to finish a meeting. The staff was all high school kids and they were loud and acting badly for a place of business. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese combination mall and seemed to catch the group by surprise. They all dispersed into the back seem to be like dogs of their leashes.

Went to this this Dunkin donuts all I ordered was a medium French vanilla cappuccino. When I finally went to drink it I saw it was just little over half full. Not having a full cup of coffee that I had to pay for and it’s not even that great and only get part of my drink. Not at all happy this morning.

Warning: the drive thru line here tends to be RIDICULOUS in the morning commute hours. Give yourself at least 10 – 15 extra minutes. The staff has always been great. I do love Dunkin Donuts coffee. I refuse to go to this location for donuts anymore though. They used to be ok, but the last 3 times I’ve gotten donuts, they’ve been horrible! First, they used to just throw then in the bag together and they’d get stuck to one another and the frosting would come off. They finally started using paper to separate them, but the last two times the frosting has been completely running off the donuts! My husband said maybe they freeze them and the frosting ends up runnier because of that. I’m not sure though. When they hand me my donuts at the drive through and I pull them out before I even leave the parking lot, I’d expect to still have frosting on my donut! I used to get donuts on a daily basis at the Valpo location and loved them, but the Chesterton location just can’t get them right.

Not great. They’re usually out of food by 3 – 4 p.m. However, the employees are friendly and cheerful, which is more than can be said for a lot of DD’s.
