First Garage Door Openers

My retired Mother ordered a replacement garage remote 3.5 months ago by the time it came she was visiting family for a few months. Upon her return, she asked me to help her program the remote. Despite my efforts I could not get it to work so I called (aaagaragedooropeners.c0m AKA Firstgaragedooropeners. c0m) I spoke to the owner Sharon and she asked for a model # from the opener and then told me it was the wrong remote and to order a new one (from thier website). She was absolutely rude and constantly talked over me and refuse to offer any help. She also refused to let me speak to another partner. I wouldn’t treat a stanger that rudely, nevermind I was a customer. Prices are the same everywehere, buy somewhere else. Which I did.
