Zero stars. I got food poisoning from this place years ago. I haven’t been back since except for in the spring. I went in to get a soft drink. The place was filthy inside. The floors were sticky, it had lots of flies, the tables were dirty, the trash was overflowing. I won’t go back.

I was travelling from Chicago to Grand Rapids with my family(husband and two young daughters) when we decided to stop for lunch. We saw that there was a KFC/A&W and thought it was a good choice. What a disaster! This is one of the worst experience I have ever had. 1. The food took forever 2. There were only 2 ketchup packets in thr restaurant 3. The highchairs and booster seats were hidden 4. When I finally found them, they were disgusting. They were sticky and my oldest refused to sit in her booster seat. 5. There was no silverware 6. They prepared mine and my daughter’s hamburger wrong 7. I can’t even talk about the bathrooms, they were so disgusting. I had to hold my daughter over the seat as I couldn’t in good conscience let her sit on it. I cannot believe A&W or KFC would let this go on, shut this restaurant down NOW!

*****This is coupled with an A&W.****** My friends and I are from Illinois. We were camping. We decided we’d venture out a little bit and do the whole A&W thing. I think it’s important to note that it was a fucking thousand degrees outside(probably 90+ in the sun) so we were frantically trying to get out of the sun. We walk into this joint and it is seriously ten degrees cooler at the most. Bad start. We waited probably ten minutes for service, and when we got it it was a joke. The kid behind the counter was UNGODLY slow. I could see all the way to the back of the place and three of the employees just sat outside smoking cigarettes or talking on the phone. Whatever, right? How was the food? It was like biting into a pot sticker filled with bubbly fat and luke warm greese. It was unbelievably horrible, even for fast food. I asked my three best friends and their girlfriends what they thought, and all of them said it was either the worst fast food experience they HAVEEVERHAD or in the top two. We were stewing in this shithole and we over heard the manager talking with the slow employee. Apparently the kid was supposed to hang onto twenty wings they had for a catering dealie. His explanation? «Oh yeah, uh, they’re all gone. I ate a few and sold the rest». If this place is still here when I come back, I’m burning it to the ground.
