Normally you won’t find me giving out 4-​stars to chain fastfood restaurants. But here in Chestertown, this McDonalds provides an essential service to students, free WiFi.
Yes I know that all McDonalds now offers the same thing, but here in Chestertown, McDonalds is the only place after 5pm that has Free Internet inside in the Air Conditioning. So, while you can sit downtown in the park and log onto the town’s free WiFi connection, you are out in the sweltering heat.
This location also has a lot of power outlets for laptop users to run their devices.
So here I sit enjoying a bottomless Diet Coke in the comfy AC, while outdoors is a gastly 96 degrees with humidity of 60%. This location was newly remodelled this past Spring, and is nice and clean as well.
