They should really open up 2 lines. I always have to set aside 10 mins to just pick up my meds. It always has a long line because the people behind the counter don’t know what they are doing. This takes up the time of the pharmacist who should be concentrating on the meds not the customers.

Chestertown, MD
Everyone rags on rite aid, always last in the pharmacy department. They have done some remodeling to make it more appealing, but it’s in a strange location that’s not well lit at night as of now. There quality pharmacy professionals are what stands out about rite aid, as well as periodic sales on certain items. There is however no drive through for the pharmacy.
