We feel extremely lucky that we chose David and his team as our counsel for our home purchase. David really delivers what he promised and fights for clients’ best interest and protects his clients in all aspects in the contract. None have gone through, but each time, David has proven himself a tireless advocate. He is attentive to detail and responsive. He is very knowledgeable about the ins-​and-​outs of MA real estate law and explains both legal and practical concepts in a clear way that empowers his clients to make good decisions guided by his decades of experience and excellent personal judgment. I look forward to using him on every future real estate transaction I complete in Massachusetts.

David was just what we needed in an attorney for buying our first house: sharp, timely, always on his game, and a tireless advocate for our interests. From offer to closing, he was with us every step of the way and helped us with some of the speed bumps in getting our new house. Reasonable on fees as well — his help was well worth every penny.

David helped us on the purchase of our new place and the sale of our old place. We were on the fence about FSBO, and he gave us some pointers about how that could work and how he could help us do it. Although we ultimately went with a broker, I appreciated his flexibility. It was also great that he cut us a deal for 1) using him to buy and sell, and 2) using him as the mortgage lawyer. Yay for saving money! He was efficient, organized, responsive via phone and email, and had everything all set to go for both closings. Highly recommended!!! Also, wow, the guy has a nice head of hair.
