Okay, so the clinic is the messiest and most disorganized medical practice you’ll ever step foot in. It looks perpetually struck in the 70s and someone is WAY too generous with thumb tacks. Also, you’ll wait WAY past your actual appointment time. However, when you do finally get called to the back, you’ll see why. The nurses and Dr. Steinberg are crazy thorough. Like, they’ll want your entire breathing history from the time you emerged from the womb to the second you stepped into the clinic and they’ll actually listen to you and take notes and crap. Dr. Steinberg may have cured not only my wife’s respiratory issue but also her severe acid reflux (I say «may» only because of some medication snafu that needs to solved in order for her to start treatment — nothing Steinberg’s fault). Speaking of, the doctor actually called my wife after hours and spoke to her for a good 30 minutes to discuss the medication problem and the best way to solve it. What doctor does that nowadays?
