He might be fine for the basic tile job, but he made a mess of a custom made travertine tile back splash. He took the spacers out too soon and the tiles were sliding down the wall. In addition, they were different depths away form the wall. And he was very dismissive of my concerns. Made some excuse that they were heavy. Like he had no responsibility whatsoever. Don’t make the same mistake that i did.
