Flowery Trail Coffeehouse

Update: after I wrote my last review, I actually started visiting this coffee shop more often. I was very pleased with the service and quality of drinks. I work close by, so I stop by here at times before work to grab an iced latte. I used to get in and out of here in under 10 minutes. I think there are new owners because there are all new employees, and it has gone downhill. Where do I begin? They decided that they won’t get a credit card machine because it is «too expensive». I think they would make a lot more money if they accepted credit cards. Anyways, that’s not the only thing. They are now closed Saturday’s!!! Yes, a coffee shop that’s closed Saturday’s! Why?! Do you know how much business is lost by closing a coffeehouse on a Saturday? A lot! These aren’t the only things. The new employees are also very slow when making my orders and at the register. I was late for work because the lady couldn’t ring up my order, and also gave me wrong change. The last thing that happened was, we ordered a breakfast sandwich and it took 45 minutes to get to us. On top of the wait time, she informed us that she was out of sausage. I just think this place needs more organization. If you server breakfast, make sure you are stocked with everything you need. Also, PLEASE OPEN ON SATURDAYS for God’s sake its a coffee shop.

I truly wish every place had customer service like this little coffee house. Oh man, are they incredible.
Good coffee, great salad and sandwich options and very kid friendly.

Good service. Friendly people. Reasonable prices. Pleasantly surprised by the food. They make a delicious breakfast!
