My husband and his family, who are from Cheyenne, have talked about Eileen’s for YEARS. They say every time they go back, they pick up a gigantic haul and take them home to be stored in the freezer. On our most recent trip, I had to swing by and pick up a cookie. Little did I know, I’d be leaving with dozens! I had heard the oatmeal raisin was insane(which it is!), but my eye was caught by the frosted & sprinkled one in the display case. Needless to say, I’m now a super-fan. I also like how you can buy these in bulk by the sleeve! Food: The cookies are moist, chewy, and BIG! Oatmeal raisin has just the right amount of raisins. Chocolate chip contains the perfect portion of chip to sweetness ratio. Scotchies are DELICIOUS and is an oatmeal cookie with butterscotch chips. My ultimate favorite is the frosted & sprinkled sugar cookie. My advice is to FROSTANYANDEVERYCOOKIE! Drinks: n/a Atmosphere: Open & very clean. Service: Super friendly and helpful, especially to me, a first-time guest! It’s a bummer they aren’t able to ship their cookies anymore, but understandable as too many people complained about«broken cookies.» TIP: Any cookie can be frosted! Don’t see the one you want in the display case? Ask for it! Purchase sleeves of cookies to take home & freeze.

In my opinion this is an amazing cookie shop in Cheyenne. The cookies are always moist and taste like they’ve been fresh out of the oven. The customer service is great . But however I have to say that their fundraiser cookies that you bake at home are not the best. I ordered a few from my daughters fundraiser and I have to say I was disappointed. If you want a true cookie from them just go to the store don’t by them from a fundraiser.

I’ve patronized this idyllic little cookie shop about 3 times and have yet to be disappointed. The first couple of times I just stopped in to see what the fuss was about and was very surprised with both the selection and quality of the cookies. The last time I was on a mission to get a birthday cookie for my sisters. I asked about their availability and how long it would take and the told me they could get it personally decorated in 5 minutes. I was in and out and only spent 15 dollars on the b day cookie and a smaller peanut butter fudge cookie. Very happy with my experience. I will definitely be back!

I love these cookies! Anytime I’m at sportsman’s warehouse I stop in and grab a cookie. But you have to get there early if you want a soft cookie. They seem to dry out in the display case and get pretty crunchy by afternoon.

The individual cookies were big, but they were very crispy. I’m a soft cookie kind a person, so these were not that great… I think that mine are better, but it was a treat for the kids.

Best cookies, best frosting, best service! This is my favorite place to get cookies here in town. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you leave with a smile on your face! Leave with one cookie or dozens.(It’s always dozens in my case.) The cookies are thick, moist, chewy and crunchy in all the right ways. I’ve been trying to duplicate their frosting for years now and still cannot figure it out. Good thing they sell it separately so you can frost cakes with the deliciousness that is Eileen’s frosting! The frosted lemon cookies are such a good way to add some sunshine to your day.

Stopped into Eileen’s this morning to get a special treat for the my 2 boys and my husband. I had quick and patient service.(I couldn’t decide what cookies to get!) The price was right and the store was very clean. The cookies are amazing. I purchased the snickerdoodle, cherry koolaide chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia nut and a lemon iced cookie. We’ll definitely be visiting every once in a while! :-D

FREAKINGLOVETHISPLACE!!! I went to Eileen’s first store in Lincoln, Nebraska where it first opened up in 1994 and then I moved to the east coast. I swore I would find a store that would help me NOT stick to my diet plan and I have found the Cheyenne, WY location. THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU! These are the best cookies EVER and they are always fresh. I wonder if they have a wedding registry for this place. This place helps people like me not have to spend $ 400 bucks to fly to Nebraska just to visit friends and eat cookies. I’ve introduced these cookies to many and have found out when I slip and say I have some Eileen’s I find people at my house– and then I have ration. ½ a cookie for each and every one of you. Yes, I guard these… these aren’t your normal Slugway cookies people(sorry Subway fans). If they want some I tell them to go call this place up and have them ship it to you themselves. Don’t raid my stash! Do yourself a favor and be loyal fans of the local places. Thank you Eileen’s for helping out… Now if only one of these people in Northern Virginia opens up a store. I could really use a Paisano’s AND Eileen’s right next to each other. You. Rock. Eileens.

Addictive like crack, or popping bubble-wrap, or Glee, Eileen’s cookies are not to be missed. I know«Eileen» sells cookies in other places, too, because I’ve run across«her» in Greeley and Lincoln, NE, but I haven’t investigated just how local(or not) the enterprise is. Anyway, the cookies are delicious. My favorites are the Snickerdoodles(which my parents sometimes send to me in Texas, to the delight of many a roommate). But one of its strengths is the variety and ingenuity of its cookie selection. My newest obsession is the oatmeal scotchie. If you do have a roommate(or a family), you’ll want to hide your cookie purchase in your underwear drawer; if I have any problem with Eileen’s cookies, it’s that no matter how well I hide them(even from myself), they disappear too quickly.
