Fye offers a lot of popular culture materials, CD’s, and DVD’s. My entire family has shopped there for years. We spend a lot of money in this store and that is why I am shocked at the treatment my 19 year old daughter endured at the mouth of a sales associate. While shopping in the store, she discovered a CD of her new favorite band. When she went to purchase, the SA asked «If she really liked this band». She replied, «Yes. They are my new favorite.» The SA then proceeded to rip the band apart for their music and my daughter for her taste. My daughter replied, «Well if they are so bad… why don’t you give me the CD for free?» The SA then stopped his tirade. However before my daughter and her friend left the store, the SA insulted her friends lanyard and made comments about what other awful stuff these girls probably like. To the manager of Fye… you have just lost the business of a family that spends at least $ 200 to $ 400 a year in your store because you hired an incompetent and rude sales associate. We will shop at Ernie November, online, or out of town. Fire this sales associate, before you lose more business.

I was in here recently and the place is still going strong as ever! I even bought an action figure that was on a clearance discount here! Nice to see some stores still do well in malls! This place was pretty busy!
