Menard’s

Awful customer service. It is an hour and a half drive for me, so I purchased everything online first. Took over an hour to pick up an online order. Had to go around the store, get print out from customer service, grab a cart, go to the back and pick out the order myself and then go through the checkout line. Would actually have been faster if I purchased the items in the store. Then, one of the stair stringers I purchased online was out of stock when I got there.
Got home, and one of the ceiling fans I purchased was a returned product that was missing two major components.
Now o have to make the three hour round trip drive to hope they can get it squared away.
Should have listened to my wife who had such problems with them in the past that she refuses to even step foot in their store.

This store has everything you could want even a few grocery items. I have found a few of them cheaper than other stores. Definitely a one stop shopping experience. Staff is always around if you have questions or need help with and item. Great place to shop I’m glad they came to Cheyenne. Definitely would rather go here then the other leading home improvement stores.

I’m new to Cheyenne and had never been to a Menards. This is my new favorite store! What a great selection! Friendly staff, quality merchandise and low prices.
