Excellent place to find arts and crafts! This store has always been my favorite place to go to find something to do on a rainy day or pick up a new hobby. The reason I’m giving a three star review is because customer service is severely lacking. When my husband and I walked into the store all of the employees were standing around at the check out line talking. It was about 45 minutes before they close and there were no other customers in the store so it’s reasonable they were all hanging out the last hour. The problem is we were not greeted upon entry. The cash registers are less than 20 feet from the doors so a simple «Hello!» wouldn’t have been hard. We walked around the store for about 10 minutes, passing the registers once or twice and not a single employee asked if they could help us find anything. I understand it was close to closing time but every customer is equally important regardless of what time they come into your store. Hopefully you don’t treat all customers this way.

Great place to come for craft projects and more. I enjoy the friendly staff. Also they can use coupons off your phone nice saves ink. Asked for some assistance and we got excellent customer service. Thanks for great quality products and friendly staff.

First time walking in this store today. Nice store with lots of great items! Well stocked and very clean. The staff was very friendly in helping me find an item I was looking for. Will definitely return to this store.

I am glad I found my Lemax quivering ghost here for Halloween! I looked at the Michaels in Fort Collins and they were completely sold out of it. The Halloween stuff I did buy was on sale for about 40% off including the ghost. Great deals! As to be expected Michaels often gets picked over very quickly with their holiday stuff and this place was no exception. Even some of the Halloween Lemax house displays were gone! I don’t know if you can buy the display or if they took them out because they sold out of so many of them. Anyway I am happy I got my ghost and was soooo lucky because it was the last one!
