I received pretty poor service here. We called ahead of time and verified that our iPhone was eligible for a free battery replacement because of a recall. When we arrived the clerks did not seem very knowledgeable of the return process and the employee we worked with had to be walked through step by step on how to perform a diagnostic. Once again, we were told that our iPhone was eligible for a free battery replacement because of the recall but we had to leave it at the store because they didn’t have the parts in-house and they needed to send it away. We got a call a few days later stating that they never sent the iPhone in for repair because it was not eligible due to when it was purchased. We live 90 miles away and had to make two trips for something that could have been resolved over the phone. The repair prices were very high. We got much better service and pricing from an independent iPhone repair person.

I’ve had some problems with my IPhone, which I did not buy here. Every employee has been very helpful, patient and understanding. The performed tests on my ‘phone and battery and told me, that my battery was old, and would soon need replacing. They were correct, and when I returned, they replaced it quickly. They talked to me and did not«talk down» to me even though I am «technologically challenged.» I feel very comfortable returning to them for purchases, advice or service!

More like Simply Trash. Good luck ever getting a hold of the service department for warranty work. The rest of the staff is of the same caliber one would expect to deal with in Cheyenne, WY, completely incompetent. I’d drive 1.5 hr to a real Apple Store before dealing with these idiots right down the street.

I can here for an exchange and I did not have a good experience. What should have been a painless experience turned into a painful 4 hour ordeal. The people seemed ok enough, but they really did not do a good job. I had to mess around with my phone to get the settings back the way I like and the manager wasn’t very friendly. Wouldn’t go back unless I absolutely had to. On another note, their stuff seemed way overpriced!
