For Cheyenne it’s a decent place to live. I have lived here for over two years now. It’s one of the only apartments in town that will allow pets with animal deposit and one of the only to have air conditioning which is a must for me. I’ve heard from some people that they aren’t pleasant to deal with when you move out with the inspections but I haven’t been through that yet so hopefully that’s not the case. So compared to your alternative options in Cheyenne I’ll give it a 4.

Nice place to live! The only problem is the Internet. It is included in the rent and it goes down more then it works. As I write this my Internet has been down for 3 days. In Dec it was down for almost 3 weeks. They do not compensate for this.
