If you have your prescriptions filled in this pharmacy, do not leave the place before you carefully count the number of pills, capsules, tablets, etc. I never did it because I thought I was dealing with professionals, however on a hunch, I counted a refill of antibiotic capsules. It was supposedly to be 30, but after counting them, I had 20 in the bottle. The pharmacist reluctantly gave me the missing 10. Another occasion I counted a different medication. It was a 90 day supply, but I only found 89 in the bottle. It was only one missing, but they did not give it to me. They said the pharmacy supply was complete, no extras.

I came to pick up a prescription at 5:58, thinking the store was open 24 hours. The person at the drive up pharmacy would not help us because she said they were closed. Even though my prescription was ready, she said «we open at 10 tomorrow». In a not very kind manner. This is my first and last prescription at Walgreens. If I could give zero stars, this pharmacist just earned it!

We have two Walgreens in Cheyenne, Wy. I prefer the customer service at this location. The manager today thanked me for coming in today. Its the little things like that go along way. Great place to find bargins on clearance items. This store is always well kept and I never wait in line.

Seriously the SLOWEST pharmacy ever. Ever. Hope you like waiting an hour to get your prescription filled… If they are really this busy they need more staff.
