This place has EVERYTHING! Staff was friendly too.
Except alcohol… but that’s due to a lame-​ass county law.
Lame.

I called and spoke with their auto department about changing my oil. I was quoted reasonable price for an oil change and install a new oil filter. I told them over the phone I only wanted the oil changed and a new oil filter ONLY! When I got there I did tell them again that I wanted a new oil filter and oil change only, NOTHING ELSE! They said OK and then opened the hood and checked the battery. While I did not want this I told them all I want is an oil change and a new oil filter. They said it was Walmart policy. OK so I allowed them to check the battery. The battery was fine. At that point I told them to change the oil and a new oil filter ONLY, nothing else. They said OK. When it came time to pay they said my air was set to 26 PSI front and 27 PSI rear. I said WHAT??? I only wanted an oil change and new oil filter only! They said it was part of the oil change but I said I told you people several times OIL CHANGE AND NEW OIL FILTER ONLY!
The air required by the new installed tires was 44 PSI. They claimed it had to be set by what the door sticker says. They let out nearly half of my air. All four tires looked flat. I made them put in the correct amount of air and it looked like two different people did it. They set the left side to 40 PSI and the right side to 43 PSI. I ended up spending 2 dollars at one of those little pay for air machines at the local convenience store and my time to set it right.
I will NEVER use Walmart auto department again in my life. My teenage son will NEVER use them again in his life. My instructions were absolute, specific, and simple enough a child could understand them. They wasted my valuable time and 2 dollars. I suggest looking around for better places for auto work where they understand simple instructions. I mean really people, what is not to understand about oil change and oil filter ONLY?

Wal-​Mart what can a person say. This location is always busy no matter what time of day. Bathrooms are fairly clean. Cashiers are mostly friendly nand talkative. I had one today re-​login so i could get checked out nice job.

Auto shop has really gone down hill from when Iived here 6 yrs ago.
Takes 30 min, at the most, at Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed, and also was tyne same on the past here at this Walmart… however, now i come here, was told 45 min, and I am going on now 75min waiting and was just told that it’ll be another 20 min. When asked why they said «cause my oil filter is in a difficult spot». When I informed them of the stark differences in the times I’ve waited, I was told «well, this is Walmart.»
Ok, point taken. Will NEVER come here for auto service again.

One of the nicest Walmart’s I’ve been in. Very clean, fully stocked and organized. Good prices too!

I like wal-​mart stores. I usually stop at this one when traveling to Iowa and back. Mainly because it’s halfway so I like to just spend a few hours cruising.
