Absolute fantastic experience with Tina this afternoon.
I phoned this location & kiosk — Tina provided me with GREAT customer service and then some.
She was very friendly and helpful, providing various tips that would help me resolve a possible exchange for a piece of jewelry I had for about a year. I love my ring, but after some weight loss — it has become very quick to slip off my finger! Long story short, I can’t find my receipt but Tina provided great insight as to what my options are with my ring. Tina, I really appreciated your time with me on the phone and was happy that you weren’t quick to end conversation with me. We live in a very busy world as we all know and I am happy that you shared your time with me in a very friendly & efficient manner. In fact, you made my day. Although prices are nice, the child and I walked in to specifically get a chain for her necklace– no lie, the woman behind the counter was on the phone all the time talking about her drama and we wanted to see a chain. She literally gave us the whole stock to look through. Although we found something fairly quickly, I just think that it’s bad business to just «talk» while you have customers waiting. She was not rude in the sense of the word, but isn’t talking on the phone while Customers are waiting considered rude? But, prices are still good, considering.
