«I can’t believe we are at work right now!» This is what I kept hearing as my colleagues and I drank beer, ate hot dogs, socialized and watched(well kind of) the Cubs game. To be fair this isn’t a typical day at work, but it was a pretty cool work offsite. When it comes to Cubs rooftops there are quite a few to choose from and I would book this one again. Chris was an absolute joy to work with. He was extremely responsive(i believe his average email response time is 3 seconds), friendly and helpful. In fact, the entire staff was great. Their pricing was also better than the other rooftops I checked out. There was lots to drink and(if possible) even more to eat from a southwest bar to a grill to a dessert bar. The dessert bar wasn’t quite as elaborate as I expected, but ik probably the only person who still had room for dessert after an afternoon of eating and drinking. If you’re worried about that darn jumbotron blocking the view of the game no need to worry. We had a perfect view of the game from the stadium seating. Since this rooftop is located behind the jumbotron you can’t actually see the score, but who actually watches the game anyway. My only complaint is that it could have been 10 degrees warmer on a cool May Day, but can’t blame wrigley rooftops for that one. Annnnd if you don’t work at a company cool enough to have Cubs rooftop offsites… we are hiring!
