Huge shout out to this 7-eleven. I walked in there last night after my daughter and I walked back from the Taylor Swift concert at Soldier Field. Just as we got in the store my daughter was stung on the bottom of her foot by a wasp. She immediately kicked off her shoe and started to cry. One of the workers noticed and quickly came over to offer assistance. He made sure we had ice, something for her to sit on and napkins so the ice didn’t melt all over. He offered anything else and asked several times if she was ok. There were other customers in the store at that time too, which the other employee helped. As we made our purchase and before we left, he asked again if she was ok. I thanked him several times for his kindness. It’s the kindness of others that helps make bad situations better.

Great location for a quick dring right in the city! When you dont want to go into Walgreens for a simple drink or a cheap cup of coffee this place is great!

5 stars — nicest people working there — have never had a nice and friendly 7 Eleven experience until now.

Unlike a large majority of 7 – 11 locations out in the suburbs that will claim they do not have a public restroom(which is against 7-Eleven company policy) this one does have a clean public restroom. And that’s a nice thing to find when walking around downtown at night.
