I don’t know about the other offices but we hired this office to do some plumbing work on November 15, 2010. Over two weeks later we are still waiting on a copy of the invoice and description of work done. The work was completed and paid for at the time of the initial visit and repeated calls to their office from us to try and track down the invoice have been unreturned. The couple times someone answered they said they would fax it and didn’t and later said they wrote down the wrong number after we called back. We are still waiting for the fax…
