ABC Printing Company

I called ABC Printing Company to ask for a quote for a project. One of the sales reps asked me to email him with guidelines. Per his request, I did so immediately. I never received a response. I emailed him again the next day to no avail. In my opinion, that is terrible customer service. I don’t mind if you cannot do the project or it is outside your limits but just LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW.

ABC Printing Co. is simply wonderful, easy to work with, professional, cost effective and timely. Everything a printing company should be.
I am the marketing chair of a local consortium that hosts an annual college event every year, and our window in which to promote the event to the nearby high schools is only six weeks long, from the time teachers and students return to school end of August/​early September to mid October when the event takes place. Needless to say, we need our materials printed and sent quickly, without sacrificing quality.
ABC always comes through, specifically Mike Hansen who I’ve been working with the last two years.
I highly recommend this service. You will not be disappointed.

I was in the market to find a local printer partner for our small business needs. Dustin my sales contact was courteous and friendly, expressed his enthusiasm to work on my project. I had a freelance wedding project and had an extremely tight deadline… after a day of waiting for a quote, told me he couldn’t do it. I wish he communicated that with me sooner but I understood. I really wanted to give these guys another chance so I contacted Dustin again on another project a few weeks later and explained my tight turnaround on a carbonless invoice job. He got me a price in 24 hours and told me 4 – 5 days. After I responded immediately to get the job scheduled and didn’t hear back from him, I called him only to find out that the job will be ready in a week. Maybe they are too busy running big jobs but my assumption is that I’m too small to work with them (I wanted to order 1,000 invoices). I actually found another local printer that turned my job around in 2 days! Sorry I wasted my time here (Twice!)

I was shopping around for a low-​cost, local, and speedy printing company and I knew I had found it when I spoke to Mike H of ABC Printing. He was knowledgeable and swift in getting a price quote to me in the same day I called asking for a quote on printing and binding recipe books for me. Other printing companies I had called took DAYS to reply with quotes or passed me through several chains of management to give me a clear answer. Mike knew what he could offer me and in the end, his quote was more than $ 1 cheaper per book than all the other local businesses I called as well as FedEx/Kinko’s.
I offered to pick the books up on Monday but Mike insisted he would ship them to me at no cost by the Friday prior to the date I was rushing him for. This was incredibly helpful as the recipe books were intended to support a non-​profit foundation campaign at work that will be ending at the end of March. I have never been more impressed by a printing company’s personability and efficiency.
In the future, I will use ABC Printing not only for all of my printing projects at work but also in my home life. I’m shocked there are no reviews already of this gem!
