This place is the best! I have never found better pricing or knowledgeable people. They also have a very good selection. Their hours are great too. I used to live nearby but, have since moved! I travel bypassing the home depot and many other big box stores to get to them.

This is definitely my secret go-to spot for cheap and plentiful firewood, and from the looks of it they definitely have an affordable assortment of other plants, shrubs and other gardening goods for those of you humans with like a real yard and stuff. The bins of firewood are pretty cheap, like $ 10 for 14 pieces of oak and up to $ 15 for the same amount of fragrant hardwoods, and they’ll help you load it all in to your car. Once you’re done with that prepare yourself to get checked out up front by the World’s Oldest Man who has clearly been doing this all by hand since before the weathered old calculator he uses to calculate your tax was ever invented. He’s adorably slow, so just remember to bring cash(not sure that they take CC) and be a little more patient than you would need to be at a big box home improvement place. They have a lot of seasonal goods like pumpkins, hay bales, and christmas trees and wreaths later on in the winter. The selection of flowers always looks freshly stocked, and I have the feeling that this is the sort of place where if they don’t have something they’ll help you find it. This outdoor garden center is a little old school and low-fi, but the prices and friendly service make it well worth the drive.
