I was very impressed with the work that Tom Jansson performed. His inspection was thorough, informative, and performed in a timely manner! He was there on time and ready to go as soon as we were. He had his report written up and sent out to me within 24 hours of completing the inspection. I forwarded the written report to a friend of my boyfriends who would be performing some of the minor repairs and he said that he was very impressed with Tom’s work (that says a lot coming from him). His fee was very reasonable, especially considering how accurate, informative, and knowledgeable he was. He helped make the stressful decision of house hunting a more enjoyable experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of a good, certified professional inspector!
