I thought I wrote a review for this location months ago, especially since I took the photos… lol but when I checked in to do an update I realized… Nope I never did… so today is the day I talk about my feelings on this particular location! The floor plan in all Aldi’s are different but they are pretty much the same anywhere you go as far as products go inside the store. I didn’t like that this location didn’t sell Wine… No Wine… Mannnnnnnnnnnn that was disappointing but that doesn’t make me stop shopping at this location. Today made me want to write a review because of the manager that was on duty today who truly did help me with unfortunate miscommunication between me and the cashier… don’t worry there was no blows thrown or yelling… lol I was still in a happy place but still peeved that she didn’t remember what I said I needed to do when I was checking out my food and other items… It’s none of your business to know what I got… lol!!! Anyway!!! When I first informed her of her mistake she acted as if she would take care of the problem so I told her the person behind me could check out and I would wait… I had a little time so no problem. Okayyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!! Problem when she started to take the next customer and acted as if I wasn’t standing there after she halfway but didn’t truly fool me that she forgot I was I was standing there… okay give me a moment while I give you my point. She said she couldn’t help me but I spotted the Manager… without being very rude because I saw him on the phone… I said very nicely…“You are the manager right?” he responded«Yes!» I said«Good because she needs your help and so do I!!!» He smiled and said«Okay!» It didn’t take him long to come over after he got off the phone and swear I was still smiling because I wasn’t angry just a little peeved because the young lady didn’t want to take the extra step to fix the issue, but what I have learned you go to the top if you want an issued solved these days!!! Anyway!!! At first he didn’t understand what the problem was but once he did… He took care of the issue and got the problem solved… All I kept thinking was thanking for listening and helping me!!! I thought I was going to have to get back in line to get my items that had to be returned, but the manager laughed and said after all this you think that I would make you get back in line…“WOW!!!” that was my thought… I mean it was the right thing to do but I didn’t think it would be done… IJS(I’m just saying)…but I’m glad he even let another customer know that I will be with you as soon as I finished with this young lady… okay yes I liked that he called me «Young» lol but more than that he didn’t seem upset and he let me know that he was going to get the problem fixed and that he did… thank you!!! He made me a fan today and I will definitely come back for the customer service that I received even though I was there for more than I wanted… the manager did what he had to do until the problem was taken care of… that in my mind is an A+++ If you are in the neighborhood and you see this Aldi’s I say what I always do… Enjoy!!! P. S. they don’t take credit card but they do take debit cards… come on Aldi’s get with the times!!!
