Hugo recently purchased All Pro Auto Service. He promised to paint my whole car. Instead painted four panels. Looks like a bad Maaco hack job. I was severely ripped off. I paid in full up front. He would not write me a receipt. I would definitely not recommend any one to do business with this Conn man. Greg G.

Purchased a groupon to try the service with oil change and 25 point inspection. The owner or whoever was in the office seemed annoyed by my questions and very vague about what service he was even doing. I asked if they would check my fluids, as he didn’t even mention a 25-​point inspection would happen. He said yes. My transmission went out a week later. Horrible place, they couldn’t care less about their customers and care more about what they’re having for lunch.

Worst experience ever… I purchased a groupon for an oil change, the groupon says to call and make an appointment which I tried to do. I spoke with the owner Hugo Segura and he said I didn’t need an appointment just come on in… so I drove an hour in traffic to the place. I arrived at 4:05 and they close at 7. I spoke to Hugo he told me «we don’t take appointments after 4 & I don’t get paid from that groupon anyway.»… he said his. employees were gone to a bar drinking and just left 5 minutes ago and he isn’t gonna call them back for a small oil change. he told me they will be back in an hour but they may not do the oil change… he also told me to call groupon and get my money back. I then told the owner Hugo that I would wait the hour for them to come back since I drove so far… then he told me when they come back he’s leaving … DONT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. ITS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. IF THE OWNER DOESNT CARE HOW THEY TREAT YOU THEN WHY WOULD THEY CARE HOW THEY TREAT YOUR AUTOMOBILE

Awful experience I would never recommend anyone to this place! The owner of the business would rather argue with you and curse you out then to actually help fix your car!!! also a scam artist do not purchase a groupon from this place awful!!! Dishonest, rude and very disrespectful!!!
