One word … AWESOME !!. As a school administrator I am involved with a LOT of vendors. Customer service has become increasingly important to me. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with the director Ms. Katrice. A bus mix up occurred and it was handled with professionalism and courtesy. Ammons is always very accommodating with special requests and last minute adjustments. I highly recommend Ammons Transportation and its director, the wonderful Katrice Ammons.
