This place is unbelievably terrible. The «spa» is located in a closet of a law office-​no joke. The owner is not certified in massage therapy and has no clue what she is doing. She tried to massage my breasts, stating that it was «good for the circulation and lymphatic system». She is crazy!!! After about 10 minutes of her massage, I was actually trying my hardest not to laugh, because of the ridiculous situation I was in. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I cannot believe that She has gotten any good reviews. UGH!!!

I saw a deal on Lifebooker, and with an upcoming triathlon figured I could use a relaxing massage afterwards. With the custom massage, Deep is an option, and would be close enough to a Sports Massage, so I checked around and the reviews here were positive. Unfortunately my experience didn’t match, so I’m here to add my opinion to the crowd.
I have done some physical therapy for an ankle so I’m familiar with a true sports massage (and how it doesn’t feel good until afterwards). What I received was not a sports massage, not really a deep tissue massage, probably best categorized as a Swedish massage. Yes she did focus on areas that were in need, and the environment was small and safe. She acted professional and made small talk well. But I was hoping for some good, deep muscle relaxation and I did not get that. If you look at her website, you’ll see lots of different body treatments that are holistic, healthy, feel-​good services, which should have been an indication that I wouldn’t get the intense therapy I was looking for. I got a multi-​massage package, and debated whether to return and use all massages. I did return, but with a mindset that it would be relaxing and not beneficial for the muscles (and I was right).

Ms.Jazz is the real deal. I was visiting from SC and booked an appointment using a loot deal on a whim. So very glad I did! I received the Hot Stone Massage and the India Cranial massage. The spirit moves through that woman’s fingers you hear me?! I feel SO good and it was truly THE best way to start my vacation. Everything was great from her professionalism to the oils and tools she used. Perfect pressure, communication, and technique. I am officially a fan.

Lifebooker deal brought me in. I purchased 2 massages, one for me & one for a friend. There was confusion on my part: I thought since I purchase two massages, my friend & I could each use one. Doesn’t work like that. The massage therapist expected too bring in two separate certificates. I was afraid my friend I would not get our massages, but In the end, she honored what I bought. I felt bad when she told me that she said she would have made more $ if I bought them separately.
At any rate, the massage was good: super clean room heated table, nice-​smelling oils, and firm pressure, and attention to ‘under served’ areas like kneecaps & elbows. In addition to massage, she practices reflexology & lymphatic drainage, which added interest to my massage. Located on 31^st floor of John Hancock bldg, not so convenient for me, but great for lots of people.

I’m always leery when a place only has a few reviews… it could be good or very bad.
Easy online scheduling. It’s in the Hancock so pretty close to my hood as well.
Check in at the receptionist and then Miss Jazz came to greet me.
1. She is the nicest woman ever and has amazing skin… so she has to be good, right?
2. She is thorough and went through a consultation and everything she’s going to do
3. The space was small, but super relaxing. Heating blanket, comfortable table, variety of music to choose from (jazz, nature, prince, etc). You can hear the lull of other offices, however it did not bother me at all. I was completely relaxed.
4. Great pressure with the stones and massage… loved it
She caters to her clients or so it seems to me. She basically told me whatever I want, she can make it happen… scents, music, etc.

Every time I’m in chi town I have to go see Ms. Jazz. She’s amazing! I’ve been to spas all over, and she gives the absolute best facials & I got one of my favorite pairs of earrings from her shop. Every time I’m recording in the city I always make the time to pop over and see her. You glow for days. Ms Jazz, come get yourself a location in LA asap. We need you here in Hollywood!

Ahh-​mazing! I am a picky massage receiver, and Ms. Jazz was spot on! I came with a discount certificate, and I will be a regular customer. The hot stone and custom massages I received are amazing. Such a quality massage! It is a very rare treat to find someone who uses the right amount of pressure. I never had to say, «a little harder,» or «softer, please!» She read what my body needed and she massaged accordingly. Seriously, amazing work. You can tell she loves what she does — she’s good.

I’m still trying to figure out how this woman stays in business. After waiting over 15 mins past my 1^st scheduled appt., I told the receptionist I’d need to leave/​reschedule due to the delay. At my 2^nd appt., the owner/​massage therapist was strangely unwelcoming and told me ‘it was too bad I missed my 1^st appt,’ suggesting that I would be marked as used in the package I bought. When I contested that, she told me how patient her other clients are in those most passive aggressive way possible, but then aggressively kept talking over me. When I started to talk, she kept saying she couldn’t accept negative energy and was repeatedly opening the door for me to leave and then closing it when she wanted to say more. I’d be even more frustrated, but the experience was so bizarre that I can’t quite process it.

Not kidding. Had a facial. Glowed in the dark in a good way LITERALLY. She’s amazing.

I am a huge fan! Came here yesterday for a full body massage. The next day, I feel amazing and rejuvenated. The owner is professional and kind, and she really takes great care of you. She listened (and read) through my concerns, and I really feel like my massage was catered to what I needed. I was SO relaxed and happy. I will be back for sure. If you’re looking to be pampered and for some serious relaxation, give this place a try. You won’t be sorry that you did!
