Dr. Anne Laumann is not respectful of a patient’s time. I waited for 52 minutes in the waiting area. I’ve also waited 29 minutes in the exam room before a resident came in and spent 7 minutes with me. I then waited 23 more minutes until the doctor came in and asked my name (she obviously didn’t consult the chart). So, all-​in, it took 1 hour, 53 minutes to see her.
*** She is a wonderful doctor (though). If you have a serious medical condition and need to see the best dermatologist out there, she’s probably your best bet. That being said, if you value your time, go elsewhere.
