Apartment Professionals

There’s a part of me that feels bad for being the only review of Apartment Professionals on here, but I had a really terrible experience and I hope to prevent others from going through the incredible stress and hassle that I experienced.
I found this company on Craig’s List. We had a move scheduled for 9am, and when the day came and nobody showed up, I found out that they had mistakenly written down 12pm as our scheduled move time. They assured me that someone would arrive (or at the very least, call me) within the hour. Two hours went by. Nothing happened, and I never heard from them again. I called and called, and left several messages. If it weren’t for the incredibly serendipitous appearance of a Windy City Movers truck that had just finished a job and agreed to move me right then and there, I would have been left completely stranded on my moving day.
