I have loved this place for a long time! Everyone there is so talented and very nice. Emma does my brows usually and I get tons of compliments although sometimes Lauren does them as well! Branden does the best makeup in the city! And whenever I get a blowout Abby is my girl although they are all great.
I am the Venue Manager for Room 1520 in the West Loop and our brides book Arch Apothecary to come to our bridal suite for day of Hair and Makeup services. The girls always look gorgeous and are super happy!

I went in for my first service last week and loved it! Had my eyebrow wax done by Meghan and they look fantastic! She was super sweet and gave my brows life again. She also filled them in which is a nice bonus. Plus I purchased the eyebrow pencil I liked it so much. I am an esthetician myself so I can definitely appreciate good work when I see it. The space is also super cute and well maintained. This is definitely my new go to brow place

I was torn between writing this review or not, because half of me wants to selfishly keep this place a secret! I was debating going here for a blowout or DryBar, but picked this since it was a local business and slightly cheaper than DryBar. I called an hour ahead and they took me without any issue. I walked into a clean, amazingly cute space that felt airy and comfortable. The two stylists were so friendly and chatty– and offered me a complimentary glass of wine which was much needed after a stressful day. The products used were top of the line & smelt great! I was in & out within ~40 minutes, but didn’t feel rushed at all. $ 35 for the best blowout and style I’ve had + a glass of wine? I’ll be back in no time :)

Everyone is great but Emma is AMAZING! My brows are on fleek. We used Arch for my sisters wedding and our make up was perfection. Cannot say enough great things about the staff and space– Clean, friendly, and helpful.

I love Arch and will only go there for my brows! Emma is amazing at what she does and has helped me achieve brows I’ve always wanted. I highly recommend Arch for waxing, blowouts + braids, they even have cute little gift ideas like candles, makeup, hair products, etc.

Emma is the best. I have large eyebrows that grow quickly and Emma has been shaping them perfectly for two years now. I get compliments on them often. She doesn’t measure — she just sees and creates the perfect arch. And she’s really sweet, so it’s nice to catch up on each others’ lives every few weeks.
I’ve also been for a few blowouts and loved my hair too. Just need to try the makeup sometime soon.
The space is adorable and everyone is friendly. You should definitely go, but make an appointment because they are popular — and rightly so!

This place is wonderful! I got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed by Lauren and she was fantastic. She knew exactly how to handle my difficult skin. Absolutely loved it and will recommend Arch Apothecary to everyone I know.

Lauren was an absolute pleasure from start to finish — my brows look better than they ever have before (this is, for what it’s worth, absurdly high praise in my book) and Lauren couldn’t have been friendlier or more fun to talk to. They also carry pretty much exclusively awesome brands in-​store, so I know where I’ll be going to stock up on Jouer and Oribe from now on.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Arch Apothecary. Emma does my eyebrows every month — she is absolutely amazing. She shapes them perfectly, they last for a long time and she’ll fill them in for me after. She is so sweet and professional.
Arch Apothecary also provided the makeup service for my wedding. Another great experience. The trial went so smoothly, the girls were on time and professional and they did an amazing job. Everyone got an airbrush and it looked so, so natural. They did such an amazing job getting the look that each person wanted. I’ve never seen an airbrush look so natural in my life. AND it lasted all night.
Check this place out. Totally worth your time.

Got an awesome blowout and eyelash tint. I have huge curly hair and the stylist, whose name I can’t remember, finished in under 30 minutes, which is miraculous. If I lived in Chicago, I’d go weekly.

Thanks to Lauren, I now have fabulous eyebrows that keep me feeling confident and sexy.
I never thought eyebrows were a big deal and I never took the time to take care of them. I would just go to whatever salon had the best deal. Then I randomly stumbled into Arch.
Lauren did my eyebrows and I was instantly impressed at all the knowledge she had about my brows and shape. This girl knows what she is doing. She helped me to grow them out after multiple bad brow jobs at the previous places I had been. Apparently I was getting bad work done on my brows and had no idea. So glad I found Lauren at Arch!
I have been going to Lauren for almost a year now. It feels awesome to walk out of Arch after Lauren finishes my eyebrows. Don’t pass up a great opportunity to have your brow game on fleek. Lauren is the way to go. Trust me!

Arch Apothecary has very talented staff at the brow bar. My experience with both Emma and Lauren was wonderful. They were attentive to detail, and I like how they showed me how they were going to shape my brows in a way that was flattering and executed that perfectly.
Please note that their website is not updated with the latest prices as it has gone up to $ 23 plus gratuity for a brow wax, which is much pricier than threading. However, I feel that you get what you pay for and peace of mine as they offer a quality service and the wax used is nonirritating.

I kid you not, friends, I could spend entire paychecks here if I allowed myself!
My mom introduced me to this beautiful treasure in pursuit of a unique eyeliner pencil. It is called Royal Navy by Terry. It’s this rich, lush, brilliant blue that makes ones eyes POP and stand out like a gemstone. Gorgeous! It cost around $ 40 which couldn’t have made me happier. I felt so great about my purchase and this eye pencil will last a LONG time.
Please treat yourself to some Arch Apothecary.
