DONOT I repeat DONOT go see Dr Levy! I had a 130pm appointment today and when I checked in they told he was running 30 – 40 minutes behind. Not good but I guess acceptable. 1 ½ hours later I’m still waiting so I go up to the window and they tell me it will be a little bit longer. When I tell them I’ve been waiting for 1 ½ hours, they say who are you and what doctor are you here to see. After I say Dr Levy, they look at the computer and say there are 3 people in rooms and you’ll be called next. I asked if this normal and the girl shrugged her shoulders, all the time not making eye contact with me, and says he’s running behind. I say cancel my appointment and walk out. A complete joke of a Dr and office. Shame on me for waiting that long. So do yourself a favor and seek care elsewhere!

Horrible! Horrible service… There were about 6 girls in the office one taking phone calls while the other 5 chit chatting non stop! Garbage everywhere! Waited over an hr for DR. Rascka… And then over 45 minutes to get a piece of paper(a referral) by the way the referral was to the wrong place! Had to drive back to get a new one… Seriously going to change my physician… Dislike! Very disappointed very aggravated very bad service!

I had an appointment and I was the only patient in the waiting area and I still waited over an hour for Dr Levy. Not to mention it smelled like a bathroom. There was garbage all over the chairs in the waiting room and it seemed as if the floors hadn’t been swept in a week. Once in the room, I waited longer while reading the most recent magazine– something from June 2005. I am never going here again. The worst part is that my medical issue didn’t get solved, it has only gotten worse.
