Arnold Wesley has been absolutely great. First thing: Their finished product is amazing. They do a great job from start to finish. Compared to others, the end product quality is top notch. I am a stickler for detail and they hit all the marks on detail. Second: The customer service is also great. When ever anything is needed you feel like you are their only client. It is a great feeling to have as a new home owner. Third:They keep their word. They agreed to work with us on additional projects and followed through with them. Others would just take their money and run. They want to make sure that their customer is fully satisfied and will do what ever they need to do to make that happen. Would defiantly recommend them to anyone!

After hours and hours of searching for homes using sites like Red Fin, Zillow, etc. my husband and I compiled a list of favorite houses to weed through and we realized that Arnold Wesley homes always ended up being the majority of our picks. They are absolutely beautiful homes. After looking at dozens of other houses, we finally reached out and inquired about Arnold Wesley homes in our area of interest and never looked back. They completely gut these houses and re-develop everything down to the plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc. We toured several finished AW homes and made the decision to buy the property while it was still under construction and were given the opportunity to customize as well. Spiro was very helpful as well as easy to work with and we are extremely happy with our home. The compliments are endless when friends and family come over. Now, we’ve been in our home for 9 months and we are still very confident with the choice we made.

We bought our Arnold Wesley home 16 months ago and have been very pleased with the workmanship & cosmetic touches throughout the home. Many service people & visitors familiar with the area have said its the«best looking bungalow» in the area(which is known for bungalows). We had a very pleasant experience with Brian as well as Spiro, who even allowed us to move some items into the garage before we even closed. Any questions or enhancements we requested have been answered & addressed promptly, including painting our sons room a different color a few days after closing… at no charge! I would definitely recommend buying an Arnold Wesley home!

We LOVE our Arnold Wesley home!!! We recently closed on an Arnold Wesley house and there are simply no houses like theirs in the area, and at this pricing point. We looked at lots of houses, and time and time again, got depressed over what we could get in our price range. From the moment we walked into our house we were in love with it. This company puts so much heart and effort into COMPLETELY rehabbing their houses, it is unbelievable. They only use quality materials. My sales agent and inspector who have been in the industry for decades couldn’t believe how beautiful his house is. The Arnold Wesley business model is a solid one. They do not just cosmetically cover a house that is in a desperate need of a full rehab, structurally and otherwise. They rip up everything to the foundation(and in our case including) and really strive to distinguish themselves from other builders. Our experience with the transaction and dealing with Brian directly was fantastic. I am sending all of my friends to their website. We are forever grateful for our beautiful home and know that AW will continue to be very successful in their venture.

I work in the real estate business and have toured and sold homes developed by Arnold Wesley, both complete and under construction projects and I can say with 100% confidence that they offer the most complete and thorough renovations… and do it consistently. This is isn’t your typical rehabber/developer. These guys are spending more money on the basement upgrades than most«flippers» spend on their entire budget. These guys RE-DEVELOPE properties the right way(nothing gets saved — they gut them to the bricks and re-frame, re-insulate, and install all new electric and plumbing before the re-drywall) They are one of the few that install interior drain tile, re-pour the old basement slab, install ejector pit, sump pump(s) for ultimate flood protection. They always replace windows, roofs, install hardwood flooring, use real wood materials, and complete the properties with better trim finishes that anyone I’ve see. Selling their homes is a dream… they spend $ 100,000-$ 150,000 in renovations in their Berwyn market alone… who does that? Anyone who bashes these guys is either a competitor that is resentful, or simply clueless and ignorant. Anyone who actually works on real estate and is familiar with these guys knows they are the best… they put their hearts into it. I’ll sell an Arnold Wesley home to my buyers with complete confidence knowing they are getting the best renovation on the market.

My husband and I bought a home from Arnold Wesley and we have nothing but good things to say about their high quality of work and the professionalism that they had when working through the deal and at closing. Spiro showed us this home(and many other properties that were possibilities) while they were still completing the finishing touches and was very prompt in getting back to us with answers to all the questions we had. Brian, the contractor, was involved and present at our closing and was a pleasure to work with. It was move in ready(even the landscaping was done)! We would HIGHLY recommend looking at properties that are developed by this company. We looked at a lot of gut rehabs and the quality in their work was evident right away and is top notch!

Here is Arnold Wesley’s business model.(1) Do renovation of house that looks good on the surface.(2) When buyer discovers problems, agree to make repairs.(3) Come up with excuse after excuse to put off making the repairs until the day before close.(4) When the buyer requests escrow for the repairs, refuse, saying they’ll have to take your word for it that they’ll make the repairs after close. If you believe that, I’ll happily pay you a quarter on Tuesday for a hamburger today.
