My Patricia Locke necklace chain broke… oh no I knew that Arts & Artisans was a Patricia Locke dealer, so I brought it there to see what could be done.
This is where I met Alex. Alex is fantastic. This particular Arts & Artisans gets 5 stars for her customer service.
She told me exactly how much I would be charged for a new chain ($ 19). She told me exactly when I would have the necklace back (2 weeks). She called me to let me know that my necklace was ready for pickup. She knew exactly who I was when I walked into the store (she remembered my face from when I dropped it off 2 weeks prior). She boxed me up quickly and I was on my way. She’s great.
Besides the customer service, this is a cute little store. Stop in and browse if you have some time to kill, or if you’re looking for a gift for someone.
