Claudia from As You Wish was the day-of coordinator for our August 2012 Palmer House wedding. She did a phenomenal job. I felt like she was everywhere! The bridesmaids and I got ready at my parents house while the guys were getting ready at the hotel. She made it to both spots to make sure photos were going well and that everything was going according to schedule. Oh yeah… the schedule. Before the wedding, Claudia will put together an incredibly detailed timeline of the entire day from start to finish… down to the 15 minute mark! That timeline was so crucial to the flow of the day and we relied so heavily on it in the days leading up to the wedding. Claudia contacted all of our vendors and made sure that everyone knew what was going on, when to show up, and what to do. It really made the day so much more enjoyable for the whole family knowing that all of that was taken care of, and that we could all just relax and have a good time. Claudia took care of everything. She let my husband and I know when we needed to get up for our toast and cake cutting, when we had enough time to circle the room and say hello to guests, and when our dances were going to begin. She would just appear and let us know what was next so we didn’t have to worry! That was really great. A second event planner accompanied her on the wedding day and she was wonderful too. She came with us when we went out on the streets for photos and made sure we got back in time for introductions. From start to finish, our experience with Claudia and As You Wish has been great. She is so pleasant, obviously loves her job and is great at what she does. She was there with us throughout the whole day and everything went so smoothly because of her efforts. It really was one of the best days of my life and I would not change a thing about it. Thanks, Claudia!

Claudia and Jane helped plan my August 23, 2008 wedding at the Palmer House. I really don’t know what I would have done without them! They are both VERY reliable, professional, experienced, and organized! Some of the highlights: 1. Easy to contact. I called or emailed them almost every day the month before my wedding– because they both have so much experience, they gave great advice and had the attitude that no problem was too much to handle. 2. Created a very organized timeline of my wedding day and distributed it to all of my vendors 3. When our bridal party limo cancelled 3 days before the wedding(eek!) they had another limo lined up within 12 hours! 4. On our wedding day they made sure all of our vendors were on time and prepared. 5. They stayed the entire reception and made sure that we were having a «worry — free» time — Claudia always made sure I had a mojito in hand! I truly cannot say enough great things about these two women!
