One of the most efficient, professional and buyer friendly purchasing experiences I’ve had. The staff knew their products and helped me to get the best mattress for me. I’ve had back issues for years, multiple herniated discs in both my lumbar spine as well as cervical spine. I bought a king sized double sided pillow top, as recommended by the employee I spoke with. It has worked wonders for me, as I am now finally able to sleep through a full night comfortably, with less back pain! Overall, top notch customer service, quality product and convenient buying experience. Definitely recommend Aspen Slumbers to anyone looking for a new bed, especially those wanting to try an alternative treatment to aid in back pain relief. Will be purchasing another for my parents Christmas gift!

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Aspen Slumbers. Do to a hectic schedule and move, I was not able to see the mattress in person. I took their word on the quality since I was referred over from a friend. Not only was it a great bargain for the price but the delivery was very prompt and they provided their own financing. Couldn’t be happier. Highly suggest looking in to them as they provide quality products at wholesale prices.

If you want a great mattress without spending thousands at a retail store… call them NOW! I ordered my mattress on Thursday, paid for it on Friday and it was delivered Saturday! My delivery window was 1−5pm, and they were at my house at 2pm on the dot. My bed is so comfy that I didn’t want to leave it to go work! Thank you John and the rest of the crew at Aspen Slumbers for getting my sleep back on track! I highly recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Chicago for an amazing pillowtop :)
