My family and I came to get an upgrade for everyone’s phone yesterday. As soon as we walked in someone took my name and reason for visit. There was a small wait because all the sales associates were busy helping others but you don’t loose your place in line, there is a screen were you can see how many people there is before you. Alisha was our sales associate and she was super helpful! She was friendly and had a positive attitude. She knew what she was doing and gave us different options with our phones and plans. She took the time to make sure we all understood everything she was doing. We all left happy and satisfied with our new phones and with the we service received.

I came here twice to pay my house phone bill and internet services and it’s a nice store, but they need a better system of signing in customers when they need to take care of something instead of having a clipboard on a podium that looks like a gang of kindergarten age kids went to town on it. They could do something like cleaning it off and having an organized clipboard asking people to write their name and the nature of their visit so that it’s legible and easy for staff to read. Overall, the visit was very good and I will come here again since it’s convienient to my house. Parking is a problem when it’s a busy day, but it’s not impossible to find a spot in the lot around the complex where the store is located.

I have been eligible for a cell phone upgrade for the past two years. The reason why I didn’t claim my well deserved new cell phone during that time was because, of my(Motorola RAZR V3i with a built-in iPod.) I had it for the past three years, It had sentimental value overall. Unfortunately my beloved V3i wouldn’t keep up with me no more. This is where and why I upgraded to the revolutionary iphone. They«Hooked It Up» with an additional $ 15 for the data plan(since the data plan service for the iPhone decreased from $ 30) on my new two year agreement. So, this means if I paid around $ 55 dollars, I now have to pay an additional $ 15 on my overall monthly statement, which is not totally bad for an iphone. This is where I also pay my monthly bill most of time. This store has friendly and extraordinary customer service, particularly provided by Retail Sales Consultant; Chase W. and the Store Manager Juan. I guess money wise it doesn’t beat competitors who offer unlimited everything for less, but its all good. According to AT&T, I’ve been a loyal and preferred customer for the past four years(Since it was Cingular Wireless) and I have to say their service is exceptional. I always hear people say that AT&T’s service is way over priced, it has bad signal and other negative things. Well not in my case.

Staff is very friendly with the exception of one male staff member whim I heard shoveling a pile of crap to a customer about an iPhone… Wait time at this location isn’t bad at all usually about five min when crowded
