My cousin decided to plan a wedding in six months. As one of the coordinators, we knew the budget would be small but we were willing to invest in quality flowers. We heard about August Bloom’s success with Essence magazine and decided to use them. After attending their anniversary event and reviewing their work, my twin sister and i were sold. An appointment was made with one of the owners and the bride. The bride provided specific pictures of what she wanted. On the day of the wedding, the flowers were picture perfect, delivered on time, and each one had extra bling on them which pleased us. We were so excited! I plan to continue using them for all of our family events.

As a wedding and events planner I have both local and out of state clients. Although I don’t get bridezillas, my clients can be very demanding. One particular from Maryland had many requests and changes throughout the planning process. August Bloom never flinched and made sure that on the most important day this young ladies life her floral arrangements were on point… thank you AUGUSTBLOOM fir your level of commitment and professionalism.

I used August Bloom for my wedding. The girls were inconsistent about getting back to me, sometimes almost immediately, other times it took weeks. We had two very detailed meetings about what I wanted. I even brought pictures to show them. But I am glad I checked the final order before the wedding, as they had written down that the bridesmaids were to have all white flowers, when I said I wanted all purple and little to no white in mine. On my wedding day, my flowers had white feathers when I asked for black(again, had pictures to show what I wanted). They took out the white and replaced them with black feathers. For that I am grateful. The boutonneires were simply okay. We gave them finger monsters, then they added one flower behind it. It looked okay and was not put together well. They messed up the corsage order, in which I was stuck with 1 regular and 1 mini corsage for two girls. There should have been 2 minis. I couldn’t pass out either of them because of them being different sizes. Also, both the the corsages that were used fell apart either right before and during the ceremony. Thankfully, we had a hot glue gun in with the decorations, so we were able to fix my mom’s before she walked me down the aisle.
