I started going to Karen January 2011 after purchasing a membership at her grand opening that my mom took me too. I didn’t know what to expect but tried it anyway. I’m a nurse and sometime ago I injured my back lifting patients and have had to take Ibuprofen on a regular basis to relieve my lower back pain. After going to Karen the first couple of months, I experienced less and less pain to finally no more pain at all. My doctor asked«what happened to the pain» and I said, «thanks to those miracle hands, my lower back pain is relieved.» Karen works out all the knots and kinks that you never knew were even there. It is work the time and money to take care of our bodies. I make sure that I continue to go each and every month for my 30 minute massage, 30 minutes may not seem like a long time but it definitely works for me. I always feel so much better after leaving and can’t wait for my next massage. Karen is great! She is friendly and very professional. I recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with pain or anyone who wants a therapeutic massage.

My work requires long hours manipulating tiny things under a microscope, so my shoulders get really fatigued and sore sometimes. Fortunately, Karen has knot-radar and quickly found the problem points and worked her magic. I’ve been a couple times now and they’re getting better, plus she recommended some good stretching exercises to help prevent & treat them. Keep in mind I was in for a therapeutic massage, not a relaxation massage, and for a condition that’s been years in the making. Karen is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I’ve been to chiropractors and doctors whom I felt knew less about how the body works. The décor is relaxing and peaceful without being pretentious, and parking is easy. The online reservation system, linked through the Bahdy website, is also quite convenient.
