So, this place had a $ 10 cover charge when the boyfriend and I decided to hit a neighborhood bar one Friday night. Why is there a cover charge? Is there entertainment in the bar? And I’m not talking about a jukebox. This isn’t a trendy bar and the patrons are not in their 20’s. You’re on 119th and Western. Our days of paying a cover charge to buy booze are over. Needless to say, we found another bar nearby that didn’t have a cover charge. Just ridiculous.
