Baskin-Robbins / Dunkin’ Donuts

Convenient Dunkin’ location with a parking lot for easy access. No drive-​thru though. Stopped in to just grab an iced coffee. The coffee was standard DD quality (heavy on the cream and syrup even though I asked for them to take it easy). Service was SLOW. Even though the staff member just needed to pour an iced beverage into a cup with ice and there was only 1 customer in front of me, it took 5 minutes after ordering.

This is my FAVORITE dunkin donuts and I travel for work. More importantly, I drink dunkin donuts coffee every day.
Often, the owner is there and generally the same employees are there. They are hard working and honest.
Again, this is my favorite dunkin donuts and I’ve been going here for seven years.

Wow. A ²⁴⁄₇ baskin robins /​Dunkin donuts. Come here late night. Got served by a very nice friendly older lady. I usually take a bit to decide what I want and she was very patient. The place is nice and clean and great location. It has all your ice cream needs. All your donut needs. And savory food options as well :) FREE WIFI I had an all around great experience. This will be my new spot :) :)

The service is fast and friendly, but the wifi is busted.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to get a coffee from the employees that were standing behind the counter and not one of them acknowledged my presence.

I’m adding a star to my previous review of this place. Sure, it’s the same as before, but having had difficulties finding another nearby place to plunk down with a cheap coffee and free wi-​fi for a couple of hours at virtually any time of day (although 8:15am shouldn’t be that crazy … right?), this B-​R/​DD deserves an upgrade.

Unfortunately I’ve been coming here for years — not many doughnut options ’round these parts (can someone please open a good old fashioned doughnut shop in Logan?) Anyhow, my most recent visit to this place motivated me to Unilocal.I ordered a wheat bagel, untoasted, with veggie cream cheese on the side. After waiting a bit, I received a toasted wheat bagel with strawberry cream cheese ON it. I figured this would happen because when I ordered, the old beer-​bellied man who helped me punched that exact incorrect order into the register and I politely stopped him and reminded him of what my order was actually for. He fumbled around with the computer/​register for a minute or two and after coming to grips with the fact that he had no idea how to fix things, he just sent the wrong order through and casually spoke over his shoulder «wheat bagel veggie cream cheese on the side». No one was there to hear him, and he never even glanced in the direction of the kitchen to confirm whether or not anyone heard him. He disappeared and never followed through and I received the wrong order. They corrected my order, but once I got home I realized the veggie cream cheese tub they gave me expired 2 months ago!!! Long winded story yes, but this is indicative of what you should expect as far as service in this joint. The «donuts» are usually stale, or tolerable at best. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this awful place. Oh, and no bike racks?

Went in for an iced coffee the other day only 99cents during the summer, works for me!

We were jonesing for a bit of ice cream this evening after dinner, so we hit up the local Baskin-​Robbins. Or, rather, I should say we TRIED to hit up the local Baskin-​Robbins, because after standing at the counter for about 5 minutes with nary a glance up from any of the 3 employees, we left.
What the hell? I can understand if you’re in the middle of cleaning something or counting something, or whatever it was that ALL THREE of you were doing independently, but if you have customers standing up front, why in hell don’t you assist them? I’m not saying drop everything, but a simple, «I’ll be right with you» would have been fine.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location, but it will be the last.

Wierd, so I live in Bucktown? I had been under the impression this was Logan Square. Anyway, this Dunkin is great for stale donuts and crappy service. Hot damn is the coffee good, and I mean personally I will take it over Starbucks. That plus its proximity to my abode gets it one more star.

This is an average Dunkin/​Baskin store. Service is generally quick, they work right through a line and and a couple of the employees make excellent Cappuchino Blasts.
I’ve noticed nothing remarkable about this location but it’s probably worth mentioning that they have a restroom and offer free wifi. The WEP key is posted to the left of the Dunkin register. Last time I was there with my laptop the neighboring Bubbleland location had just installed their own hotspot and it was on the same channel as Dunkin/​Baskin so I was unable to use it.

I give this review a second time around because someone had a problem with my first review.
Ive wittnessed the managers of this place be rude to their staff, in ways i believe are wrong.
My boyfriend loves to go their and buy coffee everyday. I wont buy anything from this place. If someone im with wants to ill go in but i wont eat there anymore. After eating ice cream from this place, i got ill.
When they first opend they had to close and re open because of their health codes.
I think the way they treat their staff is uncalled-​for.
Personally i dont speak anything but english.
If i spoke spanish i would only speak spanish to my family or people i know speak it. For me i feel left out when someone is speaking in another lang, and i dont know what they are saying.
The way ive seen the managers treat the staff was mean and wrong.
The ice cream is always melted. And i wont get anything else from them.

Let me preface this by saying, for some reason the proprietor of this location hates me and my pal Martha so much that once he saw me and sneered at me on the blue line. He seriously gets zero stars for service. He shouts at us and throws things around and all we ever tried to do is order two different flavors of kids size ice cream. He doesnt understand why we’d want to pay the extra 40 cents it costs to do so when you get the same amt of ice cream in a small scoop. I’m sorry, I want two flavors without getting two whole scoops. Bah. He always shouts at us that we’re wasting our money on this concotion. Anyway… they don’t really have the best selection of flavors including never having my fave Winter White Chocolate even in the winter and its always overrun by little kids. Luckily he wasn’t there last night. He probably gave himself a hernia being such a jackass. I’d give it 2.5 for that.
