The main reasons I think Baumgartner is a great vendor :
1. They offer the trifecta of local, «all-​natural», and organic beef, at different price points.
2. They are a local institution with a great track record. My boss is a personal chef who has been working with them for 15+ years and she gives them a wholehearted recommend.
3. They will deliver with a mimumum order of just $ 100 .
4. Casey is a great and easy-​going guy to work with. If we had a customer who comes in and wants to spend $ 150 on a custom cut of a 10 lb Ribeye cut into ¾ «steaks for a summer grilling party, Casey could make it happen. This «personal touch» is hard to find among larger meat vendors.
