Don’t go here unless you have a phone emergency. Even if you do you should probably try the police first. Seriously. They will probably be able to direct you better than these people. Bottom line: Not helpful!

We go to this location to deal with our Verizon account and buy new Verizon phones. The manager at this store is named Vivian and she’s been great every time we’ve gone to the store. She has a thorough understanding of the phones, understands how to work the system or make contract changes if you’re having a problem with billing and is generally sweet and easy to deal with. I won’t go anywhere else to deal with my Verizon account.
