Their customer service/​receptionist are HORRIBLE! First, its like pulling teeth (no pun intended) to get them to answer their phone, then when they do answer, they have the WORST attitudes! Im a non Returning patient here, and on two separate occasions, the people answering the phones were rude! I will take my insurance else where!

I was hesitant to schedule my appointment with this dentist as I had read all of the negative reviews, but I had no choice because this was the only dentist near me that accepted my insurance. I’m very happy that I decided to see for myself because my experience was nothing short of perfect.
I needed to get my daughter’s teeth cleaned and examined for school and made an appointment for 8am on a Friday. I called two weeks in advance to schedule her and the person that answered was friendly and helpful. When I arrived (around 7:45am) they were already open and immediately greeted my daughter and me. I began to work on filling out the necessary paperwork while she was called to have her x-​rays taken (no longer than 5 minutes after we had arrived). While I was filling out paperwork the doctor and other employees arrived and greeted me.
My daughter was a little apprehensive about this entire visit but the staff was very kind and patient with her during the entire process and she was happy and bubbly by the time I finished the paperwork and was called to accompany her to the examination chair.
The Dr. asked if I had any questions and thoroughly went over her x-​rays and dental health with me and told me what to expect when she lost her baby teeth. He also made some recommendations as to getting her teeth sealed and about maintaining her clean bill of dental health. Afterwards, he filled out the required school forms and bid my daughter and I goodbye. Our entire visit lasted only 15 – 20 minutes which allowed me to still make it on time for work! When we were leaving my daughter said that she LOVED the dentist and probably loved it even more when they gave her the goodie bag. I definitely recommend Beverly Shores, especially for kids!

Just fine basic dental work, but scheduling is the deal-​breaker for me. Good luck getting an appointment in the late afternnoon within 2 months. After waiting so long I get a call the day before saying that since I was the only appointment for the scheduled dentist, they’ll need to cancel my appointment and reschedule me for another month later. Good bye.

It took me 2 weeks to get someone to answer the phone and when I finally got an appointment, they called me to re-schedule…smh!
