I called Biondillo Bakery, and found out that you can also find their products in Whole Foods Market.
Must also mention that the telephone customer service at Biondillo Bakery is TOP-​NOTCH! The staff is extremely knowledgeable in the products that they make, as well as USDA Organic Standards.
These organic pitas are amazing! Fresh, soft, and delicious!
Only 5 ingredients in these pitas: Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Sugar, Yeast, and Salt.
Biondillo Bakery is proof that no preservatives are needed. If you make a great product, it sells fast!

Biondillo Bakery Chicago, IL, was sent a warning letter from the FDA, dated April 17 2014, for several violations of Current Good Manufacturing Process, inadequate cleaning and sanitizing, and for misbranding.

I buy their baguettes from Stanley’s. Crusty on the outside, soft and delicious on the inside. I highly recommend!

Excellent Artisan Ciabatta bread at an equally excellent price. I buy mine at Stanleys. Ingredients are simple. Your taste buds will be happy.
