I am actually giving a review about boost mobile services and their garbage customer service, I have been their customer since 2009. and since last September I have been having issues with calls dropping, texts not going through or not receiving calls or texts, internet not working, no network no service for a day or 2 at the time, I called many times and every time I call they hold me on the phone for 2 hours, and in the end the problem still there and I just wasted 2 hours that I cant get back. that was not the bad part. the bad part is the people and the supervisors that they hire from India and put them as a customer service representatives, when they can’t even listen to you then talk, when they can’t even fix an ongoing problems, when they tell you to go screw yourself when I told them that I was so frustrated and I am ready to go with another provider, they told me to go ahead and there is nothing they can do. today after that phone call I was so pissed I went bought a phone and went with a different provider, I called the customer service to ask for a $ 51 that I have in my account wanted it back to my credit card(knowing that I paid for this month already) that I will not use, the guys told me that I will not get anything back and there is nothing they can do, they were not so helpful at all specially that they knew I am changing provider. I will not let them go away with my money for s shitty service that am not even using, I will take it where ever they want it to go. I walked in the store to ask questions about the iPhone 6 Plus the girl help me with glasses for about two minutes and then walked away for me to behind the register and didn’t care less about what other phones I wanted to look at I was a little upset that boost mobile doesn’t carry the 64GB in stock always the 16 and she just had an attitude like she didn’t give a damn what I said or what I thought of or anything else when I asked her about they Samsung galaxy S6 edge she just pointed out a poster And said they wouldn’t give her phone because they couldn’t take it out of the box. For customers to look at and I told him the customer can’t look at a phone a customer will never buy it she figured because I look like a white boy she figured I was a Mexican she didn’t want to help me at all not knowing that I am Mexican that’s what she gets for judging me very bad service in the store I would never recommend anybody to buy a phone here they just don’t have what it takes to take care of a customer As a senior advisor for I would never recommend you to buy a phone at this store if you can’t get help walking into the store and then they walk away from you and worried about putting a boost mobile poster sign and worry what’s in the register instead of worrying about the customer standing there asking questions by himself, you don’t need to be at this place trust me They can keep their mobile posters and worry about what money to having to register the set of right about the customers they can keep their phones and shitty service
