I had a passable cleaning here once with a dentist that is now gone. Last time I attended I was butchered by a hygienist who then blamed my «poor home care», when, of course, there is absolutely no excuse for digging into a person’s gums again and again, and I am sure it doesn’t make them grow back stronger (and it’s not only damaging, but of course very painful). In fact, I was forced to, every time, jerk my jaw away from where I knew they were aiming, ie. right into my flesh. I would never in a million years try any procedure here again. In fact, I think calling the place «Bright Dental» epitomizes falsity in advertising, after the experience, and observing the attitudes of dentist and hygienist alike. It was as if I had been put on some «black list» and that a manner of injuring me was to destroy my gums as much as possible while I was in the chair. I have had some other bad cleanings, but this topped them all, and, imo, words can not describe the extreme negligence and malfeasance imparted during that «procedure».

I have been going to Bright Dental for over three years now. The reason I started going to Bright Dental is because of Dr. Bhatt. She used to work in Skokie but she left there and moved to Bright Dental. I had such a great experience with her that I decided that I would take my pearly whites to Bright Dental. When I go to the Bright Dental office I usually deal with Dr. Bhatt for my regular cleanings, filings and X-​Rays.
However, Dr. C who is the other dentist on duty does a fantastic job as well. I recently got a root canal done by him. It was painless and I was out of the office in no time.
I love Bright Dental and as long as I am in driving distance of them they will be working on my teeth for years. Great dentists, great office, great service and amazing staff!
